Changed Days

In 2008, North Glasgow Dementia Forum commissioned Baldy Bane Theatre Company to produce a piece of theatre which looks at dementia. There are over 700,000 people with dementia in the UK and this figure is predicted to rise to over a million by 2025. However, for such a widespread condition, the experience of dementia is often difficult for others to understand. Changed Days looks at the very real issues families have to face when a loved one first starts displaying the symptoms of this illness and looks at ways in which we, the community, can help not just the person with the illness, but their family too.
