The performance is followed by a workshop/discussion with the audience, which aims to enhance the understanding of, and attitude towards, mutual tolerance, respect for others and high self esteem

The theme of respect in relationships is integral to the whole production and is highlighted in the follow-up session through the use of discussion with the audience. The issues highlighted include the use and abuse of power in many forms e.g. physical, financial, psychological, emotional and sexual. The drama is part of a wider course of lessons being given in schools, which tackle the subject through a Resource pack called 'Action Against Abuse. There's No Excuse' which has been devised by Glasgow City Council and directs appropriate lessons to the various year groups in Secondary education.
